We only process data you choose to send us through this website:

Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email address
Enquiry content: the message and property preferences you submit via a form or the chat assistant
Technical data: your language preference and saved-property list, stored in your browser

Purposes and Legal Basis

Your data is processed to assess your enquiry, present suitable properties, arrange viewings and deliver our consultancy service. The legal bases are KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to the formation or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. If sharing with a bank, valuation firm or notary is necessary to fulfil your request, you will be informed beforehand.

Data Stored in Your Browser

This site uses no non-essential cookies. Your language preference is held in a cookie; your saved properties and chat history are kept only in your own browser's local storage. That data is not sent to our servers and is deleted when you clear your browser data.
